Day 1: Arrive Delhi
            Drive to Shimla (330 kms / approx. 9 hour drive)
Welcome to your 'Unforgetable Himachal' tour! On arrival at the Delhi airport or Delhi railway station (on your own), you will be drive to Shimla where on arrival you will check into your hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure.

Day 2: In Shimla
Depart for a half-day excursion to Kufri, famous for its trekking and hiking trails. Adventure seekers, especially in winters, travel to Kufri to enjoy skiing and tobogganing on its snow-covered slopes. You can also visit Indira Tourist Park from where you enjoy a panoramic view of the locations around. Enjoy a pony or a yak ride around the park (on direct payment basis). Return to Shimla and the rest of the day is free to relax or explore the local markets as you stroll on Mall road.

Day 3: Shimla - Manali (272 kms/ approx. 7 hour drive)
Today enjoy your drive past the banks of the river, Beas to Manali. On arrival into Manali, check into your hotel. The evening is at leisure

Day 4: In Manali
During your city tour today, visit the Hadimba Temple and the Tibetan Monastery which houses several images of Lord Buddha and Tankha paintings. The evening is free to relax or stroll and shop at the Mall road.

Day 5: In Manali
This morning, proceed on a day excursion to the Rohtang pass. If roads to Rohtang pass are closed, then visit snow point where ponies/horses can be hired directly. The rest of the day is free to explore this picturesque town.

Manali - Dharamshala (235 Kms/ approx. 8 hour drive)

Today your picturesque journey continues to Dharamsala, the principal township of Kangra district which overlooks the wide spread plains with pine and deodar forests. On arrival, check into your hotel. Later, visit the St. John's Church and the Tibetan market. The evening is at leisure.

Day 6: Dharamshala - Dalhousie (145 Kms/approx. 4½hour drive)
In the morning, visit Mc Leodganj - the residence of His Holiness Dalai Lama. Later, drive to Dalhousie - a little hill station that still retains its old British charm. Its marvelous forest trails overlook vistas of wooded hills, waterfalls, spring and rivulets. On arrival, check into your hotel. Later in the afternoon, visit the Martyr's Memorial at Panchpulla; enroute visit Satdhara, said to contain mica and medicinal properties.

Day 7: In Dalhousie
Today, drive to Khajjiar (known as mini-Swiss), a scenic spot set amidst a backdrop of dense pines, deodars and lush green meadows. Khajjiar is exquisitely nestled down in the foothills of the imposing Dhauladhar ranges of the western Himalayas providing a panoramic and breathtaking view to the visitors.

Day 8: Dalhousie - Pathankot (80 kms / approx. 3 hour drive)
            OR Jammu (190 kms / approx. 5 hour drive)
Today bid farewell to your 'Unforgetable Himachal' tour, as you are transferred to Jammu or Amritsar airport or to Jammu or Pathankot or Amritsar railway station for your onward journey.
