Bookings: Request for reservations should be made well in advance. Though every care is taken to obtain hotel and other reservations requested, we reserve to ourselves the right to change, alter or cancel accordingly any portion of the itinerary to suit the local requirement. |

Confirmation & Payment: The booking request must be confirmed with 50% of the cost as an advance at least 30 days before the date of arrival of the clients in India and the balance of the cost should be remitted definitely a week in advance of the arrival. These arrangements shall be strictly adhered to. |

Cancellation: Any change or re-routing of the itinerary should be advised to us immediately and we reserve the right to levy any applicable service charges. |

Bookings on Indian Airlines: Indian Airlines bookings are now a Real Time Computer. For Groups, ticket numbers have to be passed on to Indian Airlines minimum 15 days before the commencement of journey on the first sector of the carrier. In case of Individual traveler, the time limit for passing on ticket numbers is minimum 5 days prior to travel on first sector of carrier. |

Booking at Hotels: Hotels are very strict about the booking and cancellation rules for the groups and FIT. |

In case the accommodation confirmed is not amended or cancelled within the time schedule, the hotels will levy minimum one night’s retention charges on the entire reserved accommodation. Hotels also require names and rooming list of all the group members clear 30 days in advance of the date of scheduled stay of the groups. For any cancellations made under 48 hours, the retention charges payable to the hotels will be for the entire duration of the booking. |

Rates quoted are subject to change without notice due to change in foreign exchange rate or transport or hotel tariff or Airfare. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond our control. |
