Day 03 |
Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur, 232 kms / 5 hours Enroute visit
Fatehpur Sikri built by Akbar, Fatehpur Sikri is the most
perfectly preserved desert Mughal palace city. Although
only ruined walls remain of the town, the magnificent palace
complex still stands, the elaborately carved red sandstone and
marble almost as it was 400 years ago Upon arrival in

Jaipur-situated in the state of Rajasthan is also known as the
"PINK CITY". Founded as recently as 1727,
Jaipur is one of Rajasthan's younger cities and is considered
by many as a showcase of Rajasthan architecture. A visit
to City Palace Museum an imposing blend of traditional
Rajasthani and Mughal Art. The museum is resplendent
with its collection of robes of Royal Princes, carpets and
armoury of old weapons, miniature paintings. Also visit
Jantar Mantar an observatory built in 1726 AD, Hawa Mahal
(Palace of Winds) a five storeyed wonder with a spectacular
Pyramidal facade and overhanging windows with latticed
screens, domes and spires

Day 04 |
Jaipur - Jodhpur
(by Intercity express 1735 - 2225 hrs)
Excursion to the Amber Fort, 11 kms from Jaipur a
marvellous example of Rajput architecture with its terraces
and ramparts reflected in the Maota Lake below. The
ascent to the Fort is on Gaily Caparisoned Elephants.
The Fort interior has Halls decorated with intricate ivory
work, exquisite wall paintings and tiny mirror chips, whish
create a tantalizing reflection effect. Transfer to railway
station to connect Intercity Express: Train: Jaipur -
Jodhpur DEP 1415 hrs ARR 2040 hrs Meet upon arrival and
transfer to hotel

Day 05 |
Jodhpur
Half day sightseeing of Mehrangarh Fort, which was
founded by Rao Jodha in 1459. Therre are palaces, housed
within this daunting structure, among them are Moti Mahal and
Phool Mahal, Umaid Bhawan Palace, also known as Chittar Palace
because of the particular type of sandstone used to build it
which does not decay in the rains. Portion of the palace
have been converted into a hotel. PM at leisure

After breakfast drive to Udaipur 190 kms visiting onroute

Udaipur - Delhi
Full day tour of Udaipur city: Visit-City Palace
Museum, Shaheli-o-ki-Badi, Jagdish Temple and Bazaar Transfer

Day 08 |
Leave Delhi
Full day tour of Old & New
Delhi: Old Delhi visit drive past the Red Fort visit Jama
Masjid, an architectural extravaganza of Shah Jahan, one of
the largest Mosques, Raj Ghat, Father of Nation, Mahatma
Gandhi was cremated here in 1948 etc. New Delhi visit India
Gate, in the center of the city is a Memorial raised in honour
of Indian troops who laid down their lives during the Afghan
war. Presidential Avenue, drive past the Rashtrapati
Bhawan, Parliament House, Qutab Minar, an 11th Century victory
tower that rises to a height of 73 meters. Later transfer
to International airport to connect flight for your onward
destination.
